Jonathan - Founder & CEO

Jonathan comes from a background in furniture design & marketing and joined the family firm in 2004. Working from the floor up, Jonathan has led and developed the introduction of Lean techniques in manufacturing, setup extensive new supply chains and has led the marketing & sales development team for the past 5 years.

Jonathan has a passion for creativity and utilizes this across all aspects of his responsibilities. Within systems design he has spearheaded the development of numerous production systems which are used to create a competitive advantage for GHS manufacturing departments. He also formed the independent Clownfish Digital agency and GHS Studio which have led to an explosion of creative products and services currently at the forefront of the business today. Not satisfied with the ‘off the shelf’ systems available, he made a critical business decision to recruit a high end development team early on to ensure the systems within the technology side of the business would be capable of handling the groups goals.

Most recently he led the companies move into premium licensed product, first with the signing of an agreement to develop premium homewares under the LIFE brand and shortly after, for luxury pet beds under the Silentnight brand. More recently Sesame Street has also joined the fold.

Raymond - Finance Director

Raymond launched his first business following a number of years in accountancy. The company, Rentaplate LTD started out as the name suggests, renting cutlery & crockery. Started with little more than an old Ford Cortina, a set of Crockery and some very late nights washing plates, the company grew to become one of the largest event suppliers of the 80's.

In the early 1990's Raymond sold the furniture side of the business in order to concentrate on the new niche market for luxury linen rental. Over the next decade, together with partner Sara, he pioneered and then set the benchmarks for the linen rental industry under the brand Speciality Linens. The company was the first to offer a flexible coloured linen rental service, offer large round table linen and chair covers. Since 2013 Raymond has been finance director of GHS studio.
